Are you an organisation or partnership with a dream or vision? Are you wondering how to enable your project to grow, how to work well alongside others, how to collaborate and connect better? Drawing on a wide-range of roles I facilitate using influences from asset-based development, open space forums, holistic leadership and various project management models.
I can support with: programme delivery and strategic coordination, engagement/participation, evidencing social value impact, creative visioning, facilitation and bringing partnerships together to collaborate on holistic and integrated solutions.
My approach draws on 15 years experience working with activists, leaders and organisations cross-sectorally. I specialise in health and social care / nature / community wellbeing development / green social prescribing. I was nominated as Young Leader of The Year (National Awards 2015).
I am interested in supporting organisations to transition towards systems and approaches that benefit all.
